  • Intergovernmental Agreement between Morrison and Lakewood for joint processing of development applications in the Valley and revenue sharing from all developments

  • Rooney Valley Master Plan has been adopted by both Lakewood  and Morrison to guide future development of the area

  • Mt. Carbon Metro District bankruptcy has effectively held up all development in the Valley Development Opportunities:

  • Largest greenfield development area left in Lakewood

  • Diversified Development Realtors is currently proposing a 600,000+/-  large format retail center in the southwestern portion of the Valley
